Raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, Kelly returned after graduating with honors from the University of Pittsburgh School of law in 1999. She has concentrated in the family law area her entire career.
In addition to divorce, support and custody work, Kelly handles guardianships and dependency matters. She also offers Collaborative Law services, providing families with an open and respectful alternative for resolving custody and divorce issues.

Melissa was raised in the community of North East, Pennsylvania and completed the majority of her education in Erie County. She received her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Behrend College and her Master’s degree from Gannon University. She then attended The Ohio State University for law school and upon completion of her degree, returned to live and work in Erie County. Since completing law school, Melissa has concentrated her practice in the area of family law.
In addition to divorce, support and child custody cases, Melissa also handles adoptions, surrogacy matters and guardianships. She has successfully litigated cases at both the trial court level in Pennsylvania, as well as before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. One of Melissa’s cases received national media attention and established law in Pennsylvania regarding the custody rights of a biological parent versus that of a surrogate.

After graduating from the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law, Attorney Pagliari returned to Erie to begin her legal career. She has spent her entire career helping families in Erie and surrounding counties with their legal matters.
Attorney Pagliari specializes in all matters related to divorce, custody and support. Additionally, she routinely represents parties involved in legal matters with the Office of Children and Youth and other Orphan’s Court litigation.
In addition to representing biological parents in custody and support matters, Attorney Pagliari also assists adoptive and foster parents, grandparents, guardians, and same-sex couples in all family law matters.
